Abstract
Neutron imaging using a pulsed neutron source is one of useful method to investigate microstructure of materials depending on position in the material. Recently an analysis code to obtain quantitative information on crystallite size, preferred orientation, and strain has been developed, which can treat extinction, anisotropy, shift of the Bragg edge. Furthermore, various experiments to see the position dependent change of the crystallographic characteristics. Here, the function of the analysis code is explained and some experimental results indicating the crystallographic information are presented.
