The Temporal and Energy Peculiarities of High Energy Electron Bursts in the Earth's Magnetosphere

Using longitudinal particles drift simulation results, energy spectrum dynamics of burst electrons in ARINA and VSPLESK experiments have been carried out. Robust regression analysis technique is proposed to select burst electrons from background albedo particles. The proposed technique increases quality of experimental data and helps more precisely determine particle precipitation region from radiation belt.
