Abstract
Parameters of a percolation cluster of cylindrical particles in the films are calculated by the Monte Carlo method. For particles of different sizes, characteristics and dimensions of the percolation cluster are modeled. It is shown that at the same concentration of particles in the films, fluctuations of the percolation cluster parameters can lead to a change in the transport characteristics of composite materials.
