Abstract
The present communication reports on the first preparation of porous tubular C/MoS2 nanocomposites using porous anodic aluminum oxide as a template. We further demonstrate the application of such composites as a novel electrode material for supercapacitors. It is found that they can deliver a high capacitance of 210 F/g at 1 A/g and exhibit excellent long-term cycling stability over 1000 cycles.
