Abstract
An all solid-state electrochromic thin film was designed to be used on thermal control of spacecraft. The structure of thin film is ITO/WO3/Ta2O5/NiO/Ag/Glass. ITO, WO3, Ta2O5, NiO and Ag thin films were prepared by magnetron sputtering method, and successfully produced all solid-state electrochromic thermal control thin film on substrate glass by magnetron sputtering. The tested properties of the thin film shows the result of 0.381, 0.490.
