Abstract
⺠Enteric-coated gelatin capsule containing 153Sm-labelled resin was manufactured. ⺠In vitro disintegration test ensured targeted release properties of the formulation. ⺠In vivo volunteers study confirmed safeness and practical use of the formulation. ⺠153Sm can be used as an alternative nuclide to 111In in GI transit scintigraphy.
