Abstract
► IR50 and pIRIR290 signals in yellow emission are less stable than in blue emission. ► pIRIR290 blue signal from Na-rich feldspar mainly originates from K-feldspar contamination. ► pIRIR290 fading-corrected ages in yellow emission are in best agreement with age control. ► Higher preheat and stimulation temperatures may result in more stable yellow signals. ► Na-rich feldspar can be used for IRSL dating of rock surfaces.
