Abstract
⺠IR50 and pIRIR290 signals in yellow emission are less stable than in blue emission. ⺠pIRIR290 blue signal from Na-rich feldspar mainly originates from K-feldspar contamination. ⺠pIRIR290 fading-corrected ages in yellow emission are in best agreement with age control. ⺠Higher preheat and stimulation temperatures may result in more stable yellow signals. ⺠Na-rich feldspar can be used for IRSL dating of rock surfaces.
