Abstract
► Gamma detection sensitivity of 3-(p-toluidino)-5-phenyl-1-p-tolyl-1H-pyrrol-2(5H)-one is studied. ► The low energy gamma rays detection efficiency of our scintillator is ∼5% of the well-known NE213 liquid scintillator. ► Our liquid scintillator is sensitive to the energy of the gamma rays. ► This kind of research may open a window to study existence and the concentration of the organic compounds in biological samples.
