Abstract
The pseudorapidity distribution of shower particles produced in high-energy neutrino-emulsion collisions is investigated. A slight dependence of the midpseudorapidity on multiplicity and a fluctuation in pseudorapidity distribution are observed. The cumulative pseudorapidity distribution and the pseudorapidity gap distribution are studied. A two-cylinder model is used in analyzes of the experimental data. To give a further test for the two-cylinder model, the calculated results are compared with the experimental data of e+e- annihilation at high energy. It is shown that the calculated results are in agreement with the experimental data.
