Abstract
Existence of effective energy transfer from matrix (Tb3+Tb3+ cations) to Ce3+Ce3+ ions has been shown in TbAG:Ce single crystalline films (SCF) by means of investigation of the time-resolved emission and excitation spectra as well as luminescence decay under excitation by synchrotron radiation.
