Abstract
The investigation of the CsBr–Sn (CSn=0.1CSn=0.1 and 1 mol% in the melt), Cs4SnBr6Cs4SnBr6, CsSnBr3CsSnBr3 crystalline samples were performed using the CL methods and SEM. The effect of the Sn2+Sn2+ single centers aggregation with the formation of the CsSnBr3CsSnBr3 impurity crystalline phase and also the decay of the Cs4SnBr6Cs4SnBr6 crystalline phase on the CsBr and CsSnBr33 phases was revealed.
