Abstract
This work deals with the influence of thermal treatment in an atmosphere of zinc vapors at T=1250K on the radioluminescence spectrum, optical transmission in the range of 450-700Â nm, and micro-hardness of ZnSe(X) crystals (X=Te or O partially substituting for Se). The results of our investigations support the fact that the thermodynamic stability of VZnZnIOSe complex is lower than that of ZnIVZnTeSe complex.
