Abstract
⺠We examine the existence of cycles in Solow-Kalecki type economic growth models. ⺠Cobb-Douglas type production functions and time delay are not sufficient for the economy to behave cyclic. ⺠When capital dependent population dynamics are incorporated, the model induces Hopf bifurcation.
