Abstract
By considering the intrinsic decoherence, we investigate the entropy squeezing in the system of a superconducting charge qubit resonantly coupled to a single-mode thermal field. We find that the entropy squeezing is sensitive to the thermal mean photon numbers and occurs only when the junction is initially prepared in its excited state and the cavity field in a weakly thermal state. It is also shown that the intrinsic decoherence has strongly destruction to entropy squeezing.
