Abstract
In the paper the analysis of the effect of temperature changes of the divided recirculation stream on the behavior of the tubular reactor cascade is considered. The residence time is assumed the same in both reactors. Occurrence of the temperature changes in both recirculation loops gives estimation possibilities of the effect of heating, cooling and thermostating the medium temperature on the dynamics of the cascade. The results are presented in the form of time series, a Feigenbaum diagram and Poincaré maps. It is demonstrated that the analyzed system is characterized by multiperiodic, quasiperiodic or chaotic oscillations depending on the working parameters. The results can also be used to process stabilization.
