Abstract
In this paper, the stability problems of general neutral type descriptor system with mixed delays are considered. Some new delay-independent stability and robust stability criteria, which are simpler and less conservative than existing results, are derived in terms of the stability of a new operator II and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Therefore, criteria can be easily checked by utilizing the Matlab LMI toolbox.
