Abstract
⺠An era of two-component chaotic circuits is opened with experimental results available. ⺠A JFET is used as unique locally-active element, while a tapped coil is the passive one. ⺠The parasitic capacitors of the JFET complete the external resonant circuit for chaos. ⺠This simplest two-component Hartley's circuit works at low voltage and high frequency. ⺠Our work gives an additional confirmation of the Giacoletto's high frequency model of a BJT.
