Abstract
In a previous work it was argued that quarks confinement could be interpreted as a spacetime phase transition to a Planck Aether and thus removing the rather counter intuitive interpretation of asymptotic freedom at very tiny spacetime volume. In the present work we investigate this basic new interpretation both empirically using various experimental measurements as well as theoretically using E-infinity general theory. Extrapolating our model back to the Higgs field we argue that it may also be determined partially by the topology of spacetime itself and will involve physics that is black holes related.
