Abstract
In this paper, we classify 3-dimensional minimal CR submanifolds M of the nearly Kähler 6-dimensional sphere which satisfy Chen's basic equality, i.e. δM(p)=2, where δM(p)=τ(p)−infK(p), for every p∈M.
