Abstract
In this paper we establish some estimates for the higher-order mean curvature of a complete spacelike hypersurface in spacetimes with sectional curvature satisfying certain condition. We also obtain the estimate for the mean curvature of a complete spacelike submanifold in semi-Riemannian space forms.
