Abstract
•Equations governing the motion of interacting domain walls are derived.•The governed equations are solved analytically and numerically.•Basic properties of the domain wall dynamics are described.
Domain coarsening in a one-dimensional bistable system governed by a subdiffusive generalization of the Allen–Cahn equation is considered. Integro-differential equations governing the motion of interacting domain walls are derived and solved analytically and numerically. The dependence of the domain wall dynamics on the subdiffusion parameter is investigated.
