Abstract
In this paper, impulsive Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with delay is studied. Sufficient conditions are given to guarantee the realization of complete synchronization for Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with delay and large impulse under noise perturbation by stochastic Halanay inequality. Moreover, an example is given to show the effectiveness of synchronization design in this paper.
