Abstract
⺠Onset times for replication are highly clustered. ⺠Even in cellular automata which are capable of other types of behavior, replication may be very common. ⺠Simple cellular automata may admit a large variety of ethers. ⺠Fractal space-time evolution is possible even in the absence of replication.
