Abstract
⺠Ion-dependent mechanically induced current in polypyrrole/membrane composite was clarified. ⺠Magnitude of induced current could be correlated to the diffusion coefficient of cation in supporting electrolyte. ⺠Two-electrode device was fabricated to confirm the generation of mechanically induced current with two electrode cell. ⺠Output power was estimated to be around 3 μW/mg.
