Abstract
ⶠYeast deficient in some thiol oxidoreductase live shorter. ⶠThioredoxin reductase deletion shortens replicative life span. ⶠTSA1, PRX1, MPD2, EUG1 genes are required for normal life span. ⶠVPS71, MAP1, ATP23, FIG4, INP52, YFLC042 genes are required for normal life span.
