Abstract
Schematic diagram of the signaling pathway triggered by low H2O2 concentration, leading to actin remodeling and cell proliferation. H2O2 (5 μM) activates MMP2 which leads to p38MAPK activation. P38MAPK activates nSMase2 which generates ceramide that activates src kinase. Src phosphorylates AnxA2 which leads to ERK1/2 phosphorylation involved in actin remodeling and cell proliferation.83
