Abstract
LiMn2O4 thin films were deposited on Au substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The Li-ion chemical diffusion coefficients of the films, D˜Li, were measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic intermittent titration technique (GITT), potentiostatic intermittent titration technique (PITT), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It was found that the D˜Li values by CV and PITT were in the order of 10−13 cm2 s−1, and those by EIS and GITT were in the range of 10−13 to 10−11 and 10−14 to 10−11 cm2 s−1, respectively. These data were compared with the previously reported values.
