Evaluation of in vitro antioxidant activity in the traditional medicinal shrub of western districts of Tamilnadu, India, Acalypha fruticosa Forssk. (Euphorbiaceae)

The results clearly indicate that methanolic leaf extract of the study species is effective in scavenging free radicals and has the potential to be a powerful antioxidant.
