Abstract
The applicability of the recently developed UMR-PRU EoS/GE model is extended in this work by evaluating new gas containing UNIFAC group interaction parameters. Satisfactory prediction of various types of VLE data (dew and bubble point pressures, equilibrium ratios, liquid drop out, etc.) of multi-component systems, including gas condensates and oil mixtures, is obtained, and it is comparable or better than that of the other two EoS/GE models considered, the LCVM and the PSRK. It is concluded that the UMR-PRU model is a powerful tool for phase equilibrium predictions in mixtures of interest to the gas and oil industry.
