Abstract
The values of activity coefficients at infinite dilution (γ∞) are of especially significance in the reliable design of thermal separation processes producing pure compounds. The γ∞ has been determined for six branched ethers and four sulfur compounds in water using the dilutor technique. The measurements were carried out in the temperature range from 288 to 333 K.
