Abstract
The intention of this review is to provide a succinct overview about the availability and relevance of major mouse models for lung cancer, commonly used imaging modalities and how they can be applied to lung cancer imaging in rodents. Furthermore, we present a brief description of the importance of tracers and an evaluation of the pros and cons of each method.
