Abstract
⺠Melanogenesis stimulation by l-tyrosine+NH4Cl in B16-F10 melanoma cells increases ROS levels. ⺠Melanogenesis inhibits cell proliferation, and induced cell cycle arrest in the G1 phase. ⺠Proteomic analysis showed alterations in proteins of the cell cycle and glucose metabolism. ⺠RT-qPCR analysis confirmed alterations of metabolic targets after melanogenesis stimulation.
