Abstract
Our results indicate that miR-146a, an LPS-induced miRNA, regulates multiple aspects of hematopoietic differentiation and survival. Furthermore, the consequences of miR-146a expression in hematopoietic cells mimics some of the reported effects with acute LPS exposure.
