Abstract
⺠Granzyme B generates multiple soluble fibronectin fragments from both plasma-derived and cell-derived fibronectin. ⺠Fibronectin proteolysis by granzyme B reduces endothelial cell adhesion and migration. ⺠Granzyme B disrupts capillary tube formation in 3D collagen gels. ⺠Using a small molecule granzyme B inhibitor restores the physiologic angiogenic potential of endothelial cells.
