Abstract
► Micronucleated erythrocytes were measured in genotoxicant-treated canines. ► Serial blood-based measurements were performed via flow cytometry. ► Terminal-day bone marrow specimens were performed via microscopy. ► Genotoxicants caused time- and dose-dependent increases in blood and bone marrow. ► Automated blood analyses represents a reliable means of studying cytogenetic damage.
