Abstract
⺠Mygalin is a synthetic bis-acylpolyamine from spider Acanthoscurria gomesiana with antimicrobial activity. ⺠Mygalin is a modulator of innate immune responses. ⺠Mygalin increased the IFN-γ, nitric oxide and TNF-α secretion. ⺠Mygalin can be exploited for increase the control of infection.
