Abstract
Densities, ρ, and viscosities, η, of binary mixtures (N-methylmorpholine + benzene, + toluene, and + cyclohexane) were measured over the whole mole fraction range at T = (298.15, 303.15, 313.15, 323.15) K. Densities and viscosities were used to compute the excess molar volumes VE, viscosity deviation Δη , and the excess free energies of activation for viscous flow ΔG∗EΔG∗E. These data have been fitted to Redlich–Kister polynomial equation to derive the coefficients and estimate the standard deviation values. A discussion on these quantities in terms of molecular interactions is reported.
