Abstract
												⺠We develop improved automated lineage tracing tools for Caenorhabditis elegans embryos. ⺠We generate a model of embryogenesis and provide a 3D software viewer. ⺠Variability of cell cycle length, division orientation and position is low. ⺠Specific classes of cells have increased variability. ⺠Embryonic variability increases nonlinearly with temperature.
