Abstract
⺠Vascular ablation of Id genes circumvents embryonic lethality. ⺠Mice develop postnatal cardiac phenotypes.⺠Expression patterns of vascular/fibrotic/hypertrophic markers are altered. ⺠IGFbp3 reverses vascular markers, like angiopoietin1 and thrombospondin1/4. ⺠IGFbp3 reverses fibrotic, but not hypertrophic markers.
