Abstract
A flow calorimetric system for measurements of the massic heat capacity cp and the excess enthalpy HE is described. The apparatus consists of three cp-calorimeters and an adiabatic mixing calorimeter.Excess molar enthalpies HmE and massic heat capacities cpM of (water + methanol) were measured from 323 K to 513 K at pressures from 2 MPa to 10 MPa. Special attention was directed to the critical region of methanol (TC = 513 K, pC = 8.1 MPa).
