Abstract
Speeds of sound and densities of milk + NaHCO3 and milk + H2O2 at different temperatures have been measured. From the experimental results, specific acoustic impedance, isentropic compressibility and Rao’s molar sound function have been calculated. Speeds of sound, densities, specific acoustic impedance, isentropic compressibility and Rao’s molar sound function are fitted to linear function of mass concentration (%) and temperature.
