Combined idiopathic chylopericardium and chylothorax treated with pericardiectomy under thoracoscopy in a dog

RésuméUn diagnostic de chylothorax et chylopéricarde idiopathiques a été posé sur une chienne West Highland White Terrier de 22 mois. Un traitement par péricardectomie sans ligature associée du canal thoracique a été réalisé sous thoracoscopie. Après deux semaines de soins postopératoires comprenant des drainages intermittents de l’espace pleural, la chienne a complètement récupéré. Cinq ans plus tard, aucun épisode de rechute n’a été constaté.
