Abstract
âºÎ±Î²meATP-evoked mechanical allodynia was potentiated under pH 4.0 condition. âºÎ±Î²meATP (100 nmol) diluted in pH 4.0 saline newly developed thermal hyperalgesia. âºAcidic pH 4.0 saline facilitates mechanical allodynia via P2X receptor and ASICs. âºP2Y1 receptor and TRPV1 mediate thermal hyperalgesia under acidic pH 4.0 condition.
