Abstract
AimTo synthesize series of novel alkylamino substituted cis and trans apovincamate derivatives for further structure activity relationship study.MethodStarting from cis and trans apovincamate acid, the targeted products were obtained through facile three-step synthesis with moderate yield.ResultsTwenty four novel alkylamino substituted cis and trans apovincamate derivatives were synthesized for further biological evaluation.ConclusionAn efficient method to prepare novel alkylamino substituted cis and trans apovincamate derivatives is developed.
