Abstract
⺠We investigate an effect of human placenta extract (hPE) in CCl4-injured rat model. ⺠hPE reduce the levels of GOT and GPT and type I collagen expression in rat model. ⺠Increasing the expressions of albumin and MMP-9 in damaged liver is observed. ⺠hPE regulate inflammatory responses via suppress activated T-cell proliferation. ⺠hPE have a potential for feasibility as well as new treatment in hepatic diseases.
