Abstract
The equations describing motion of a composite ring, modeling the large space antenna rim are received in the present paper. The analysis of influence on the vibration frequency of the antenna rim of various design parameters is executed. The design algorithms of antenna rim for two variants of restrictions are offered. In the first variant the restriction, imposed on the out-of-plane ring vibration frequency is taken into account. In the second variant the restrictions, imposed on both frequencies of the two vibration modes are considered.
