Abstract
Patients preferred their usual pharmacy or convenient places to have a CMR. Also, a collaborative pharmacist-physician working relationship would be helpful in providing CMRs. Patients who received CMRs expressed a positive attitude toward and satisfaction with pharmacist-provided services.
