Abstract
⺠Structure-function relations in schizophrenic adolescents are not well-described. ⺠Schizophrenic vs. healthy youth had lower total gray matter and worse functioning. ⺠Cortical gray matter volume was associated with worse attention and motor function. ⺠Widespread gray matter pathology may contribute to cognitive dysfunction.
