Abstract
⺠DON uptake by cells is not extensive. ⺠All fish cell lines are sensitive to DON. ⺠DON is most cytotoxic to rainbow trout cells. ⺠Biphasic cellular responses were frequently observed. ⺠Our results are similar to studies on mammalian cell lines.
