Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the application object, subject of right, and operation mode of disclosure of origin regime, this article explores the existing problems and the obstacles of the application in the field of traditional medicine, and it also puts forward some suggestions to use the regime to protect Chinese traditional medicine.
